Shelby was such a much needed relief in our home buying process! We were in the works with going through another realtor when I felt something just didn't feel right with that realtor. I received Shelby's name from a mutual friend and left her a voicemail. I began with "I'm not sure if I have unrealistic expectations." I wasn't really expecting a phone call back that day. She called me right back. It was a Friday mid-morning. We wanted to see an open house that Sunday but were not sure how the process worked.
